Section, Pub. L. 92–513, title V, §511, as added Pub. L. 94–163, title III, §301, Dec. 22, 1975, 89 Stat. 915 ; amended Pub. L. 103–272, §4(c), July 5, 1994, 108 Stat. 1361 , provided for establishment of program of examination of fuel economy representations in connection with installation of retrofit devices.
