§3035. Central Intelligence Agency
(a) Central Intelligence Agency
There is a Central Intelligence Agency.
(b) Function
The function of the Central Intelligence Agency is to assist the Director of the Central Intelligence Agency in carrying out the responsibilities specified in section 3036(c) of this title.
